宋友志,中共党员,发展与教育心理学博士,现任合肥师范学院教育与心理科学学院讲师、硕士生导师。2019年至2024年于华中师范大学攻读博士学位,师从周宗奎教授;2016年至2019年在该校攻读硕士学位,师从田媛教授。研究方向聚焦于亲子关系、青少年心理健康、网络心理与行为等。

长期致力于发展与教育心理学领域的科研与教学工作,主持校高层次人才科研资助项目,参与多项国家级科研项目,包括全国教育科学规划国家青年项目“网络使用对大学生公正价值观的影响”、国家社会科学基金重大项目“我国儿童青少年人格发展基础性数据库构建研究”等。在SSCI/CSSCI期刊发表多篇论文,涉及亲子关系、青少年抑郁、网络行为等方向。擅长运用人工智能与数据挖掘技术开展心理行为预测与干预研究,具备较强的跨学科研究与实践能力。
